As Lead Cloud Architect and Service Delivery Lead, Alexander Rudolph supports customers in the operation and further development of M365 services. As part of his master's thesis, he developed a process model for a standardized service catalog for managed cloud services. In addition to his professional activities, he is a lecturer at Mainz University of Applied Sciences.
